April 19th Delivery Schedule

NOTE: This page only contains orders placed on our legacy website prior to March 24th. Any orders placed on our new website (www.pawradiseraw.com) will be under "My Account".

Important Info:
~ Watch your email on delivery day, we will send out emails if we are significantly late.
~If your delivery location is at a public location, you must arrive 15 minutes prior to the listed time.  Driver cannot and will not wait.
~ If your delivery location is at a member's house - You are highly encouraged to meet the truck.  If you will not be meeting the truck, please pick up as quickly as possible.  Do not disturb the homeowners.
~ Responsibility and risk transfer to the member once we deliver the product to the location. Once delivered, we are not responsible for any missing or damaged packages. Please meet the truck whenever possible. 
~ No orders may be left overnight.  Any orders left overnight will be forfeited without refund.  
~When picking up from a member's house, please be quiet as a mouse.  Do not disturb the occupants.  Do not leave boxes or other garbage behind. 



1. Review your order on the transport chart below. 
TRANSPORT CHART ABBREVIATIONS
~ TBD: the order has not yet arrived at the warehouse at the time of posting this transport chart, but we are scheduled to receive it before your delivery day. This means there is a chance that it will not be on your delivery if there are delivery delays to us. 
~ BO: the order has arrived, but your specific items were back-ordered. We will try to reorder it for you and have it on this delivery or the next delivery. 

2. Scroll below to find your name and check the "Confirm Delivery" box next to your name. If you can be a site coordinator (greatly appreciated!), please also check that box. Remember to hit SAVE! in the top left hand corner.

To scroll down the Smartsheet, please use the scroll bar on the right of the Smartsheet, rather than the scroll bar on the far right for the entire page. 

Instructions on how to confirm order via computer:

  1. After reviewing your order on the PDF file above, find your name on the smartsheet.
  2. Check the box next to your name to confirm delivery
  3. If you can be a site coordinator on the day of delivery, please also check that box.
  4. Hit "Save" in the top left corner.


Instructions on how to confirm order via smartphone/tablet:

  1. After reviewing your order on the PDF file above, find your name on the Smartsheet.
  2. Click on your name, then click "Edit" in the top right hand corner.
  3. Check the box to confirm delivery.
  4. Hit "Save" in the top left corner.

Tablet users: Please use the Chrome browser app if the Smartsheet does not work.
