Only members have access to the entire website. Once you activate your membership, you will have complete access to the entire website and products we offer.
You can become a member by filling out the Membership form and paying the annual fee.
We're only able to share pricing with our members as per our agreements with our suppliers.
We deliver to a variety of locations in WA and OR. All the way from Ferndale, WA to Albany, OR. We have members that drive 2-4 hours round trip on delivery day to pick up their bulk orders.
This is a combination of our love of animals, as well as our belief and love for Raw Feeding.
To offer the best value for your membership, we have a great rewards program. You will earn reward points for all your purchases*. You can then redeem rewards points into coupons to use towards your future orders.

You can view when products are available through the calendar page as a member. More popular products are offered monthly, while other orders that require minimum requirements from our suppliers are offered every 3-4 months.
We're always looking for new brands and products to offer to our members. Please submit a "contact us" form and we will look into it!

We can sometimes accomodate late order requests. There is a $25 fee if your order can be fulfilled. Please fill out a late order request form here.
Once you have earned rewards on your paid orders, go to the REWARDS tab at the top of the website. Scroll down to the "Spend your points" section, and you can redeem it for a coupon code to use on your next order.
We deliver to the following locations:
In Washington: Arlington, Bellevue, Bothell, Burlington, Bellingham, Ellensburg, Ferndale, Kennewick, Lynnwood, Lake Stevens, Port Orchard, Puyallup, Tukwila, Stanwood, Spokane, Tumwater, Vancouver, and Wenatchee.
In Oregon: Albany, Hillsboro, Northeast Portland, Clackamas, Salem, and Wilsonville.
As a member you will have access to the exact locations with a map, address and directions for each location.
At the top of each brand's page, it will show the delivery date for your delivery location. Once you have placed your order, your orders will be organized by delivery date on the "My Account" page. The time of your delivery is also displayed on your "My Account" page.
In the "My Orders" section of the website, you can view upcoming deliveries. Once they are within 7 days of delivering, you will be able to confirm your order.
A few select locations allow same day pick up after delivery time (these are typically at a member's private residence*). We can also hold your products until the next delivery (storage fees may apply). Members often help each other out with pick ups as well.
*Please note the risk of ownership transfers to the member once we have delivered the product to the delivery location. If you are not meeting the delivery truck (only available at private residence delivery locations), please arrive as soon as possible.
You can pay via Zelle or ACH if you are choosing to pay later. Payment is due 7 days after the order is placed. For more payment information, please see "Payment info" under "Member info" at the top of the website (you must be signed in to see these pages).
