Why We Offer Rewards

Some of the brands we carry must be sold at the manufacturer’s suggested retail price (MSRP). Since we can’t discount those items, we give back to our members through loyalty rewards so you can still enjoy real savings on future purchases.

Earn Points While You Shop
Different brands offer different point levels. You’ll always see how many points you earn:

• At the top of each brand’s page
• On each product page, next to the price
  

Points are added to your account after your order is paid.

Redeem Your Points Anytime
Every point is worth 1 cent (100 points = $1).
When you’re ready, visit this page, scroll down to "Ways to spend points" to turn your points into a rewards coupon.

Quick Note
Our rewards app does not automatically calculate points for brands that earn more than 10%. For those purchases, please allow a few business days for us to manually add the extra points once your order has been paid.

Helpful Tips

• You can use one reward coupon per order. For the best savings, redeem the largest coupon your points allow and save any leftover points for next time.
• Reward coupons must be applied when you place your order. They cannot be added afterward, even if you selected “Pay Later” at checkout.
  
• If you accidentally redeem more than one coupon and don’t use it, you can find all unused coupons by scrolling to the bottom of this page under “Available Rewards.”

Fine Print: Points cannot be transferred or combined to another account. Points cannot be redeemed for cash. Points expire after 12 months from the last purchase date. Each purchase resets the expiration date to 12 months later for your entire point balance. Rewards cannot be retroactively added to an order.

December 20th, 2025 update:
